Blissful Interruptions:You Deserve It

We hold safe space to discuss joy, love, self-care, personal growth, self-exploration and all things blissful. And, even explore the not-so-blissful at times, because it's all part of life. After all, we can't have rainbows without some rain, can we?

Because life is hard.

Because you deserve it.

Because wherever you go, there you are.

Because there is enough time.

Because joy is contagious.

Because if not now, when?

Because you're important too.

Because that to-do list can wait. 

Because YOU deserve YOU time.

We see you. We see you out there doing all the things for all the people. But, may we ask- when is the last time you did something for you? When is the last time you offered yourself grace and compassion? Do you treat yourself as you would a friend?
